Capacity expansion of climate environmental test chambers

MASER Engineering B.V. has expanded the capacity of climate environmental test chambers with the purchase of an Espec Platinous PL-2J climate system. The system can be used for climate humidity tests such as Steady State Temparature Humidity Bias test (THB) (JEDEC), Moisture Resistance (MIL and IEC), Damp Heat (IEC) and Cyclic Damp Heat (IEC).

These tests are executed in compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation. MASER Engineering has an ISO/IEC 17025:2005 accreditation which is valid until 1 October 2013 by the Dutch Accreditation Council RvA for the majority of the offered activities with accreditation L 388. The scope is also accessible on www.rva.nl (lab code L 388).

With the expansion of the capacity MASER Engineering now operates 4 ESPEC climate environmental test chambers (1 x PL-2J, 2 x PL-3KPH and 1 x PL-2KPH).

The new ESPEC PL-2J system has been installed by Hielkema Testequipment and is in operation since June 2013.
